Just sitting here
Sitting at work on a Friday and I have two hours left. My page is done and there is no wicked witch to change it or yell at me for something stupid. So here I sit and wait with nothing to do. Well, I do have things to do but I don't want to do them. F' that it is Friday.
I got to thinking while sitting here but smokers are big hypocrites. I do not understand a smoker. Last weekend, at a wedding there were a bunch of smokers..mainly AOP and there friends but that is not the point. It is a sweltering 100 degrees in New Orleans plus the fucking humidity. I mean it is roasting and baking outside. So we are sitting out there they are smoking and then the mosquitoes attack. So here is humidity and mosquitoes plus second hand smoke. Here I am sweating, getting West Nile and cancer. But what made my night was when one of the smokers goes it is hot and the bugs are bothering me. We are out here b/c of your filthy habit. That is like in the winter, it is freezing outside. Yet, smokers will brave whatever element or danger to light a quick one. Big hypocrites.
Sorry about that had to get it off my chest. Wedding plans are going well. Everyone will be invited to both receptions. The one after the wedding and the one a month later in Oakdale. That one will be a blast..trust me I am planning it Catholic style.
