well today was fun...i woke up at like 9:30 and then went back to sleep cuz i was bored and then woke up at 1:30 and then i got ready for diving.when i got to diving the lady told me my coach was in a really bad car crash sooooo i left and then i was heading towards ashton and on my way lorrie called me and told me running was canceled cuz of red tied. so we both decided we were gonna go to sms and run. so we did some 100s and long jumps and tehn we ran long distannce for awhile
