I woke up to this today, as usual.
Her tiny pupils creep me out. Believe me, they're there.
I had a green smoothie for breakfast and I went on my way to walk Bo and Biscuit.
Here are the rough measurements:
1 c water
2 chard leaves
4 small kale leaves
Blend. Then add:
1 small banana
1/4 c frozen peaches
1/4 c frozen blueberries
1/4 c frozen strawberries
3 slices of canned pineapple
cinnamon
stevia to taste
Blend until smooth.
Afterwards I went to the gym and sat in my car for 10 minutes. I really didn't wanna go. So I procrastinated and wrote in my food journal. I was then reinforced when I noticed a big black and white cat on the brick wall in front of my car.
I made a new friend. I shall call him Gizmo!!
Not to brag, but Gizmo loved it. I also loved his face marks.
I then proceeded to do some arm and ab work for 40 minutes. I'm gonna have to start charging for a gun show soon.
On to some thoughts:
I don't get people's laziness nowadays. Im an activist for how things used to be in the world. Not in republican terms, but in the "get off your ass and figure it out yourself" terms. I'm against a GPS (what happened to our sense of adventure?), I'm against smartphones, I still have issues with the fact that I own a laptop ( I don't trust them, but thanks anyway Chris) and I don't own a microwave.
Anyway, this is the main reason I never joined Netflix. I like getting up, driving to Blockbuster and getting my movie NOW as opposed to waiting 2 days for it as long as I can sit on my ass an extra 20 minutes. No wonder we're a fat country.
I went to Blockbuster today to return the movies and perhaps rent some new ones?
At checkout the dude told me about the deal they have: pay $7.50/month and you can rent any movie and keep switching it until the month is over. Wait a minute....you mean I can rent this movie and keep it for 30 days OR exchange it over and over until the month is up?? How awesome! Then I immediately went from "cool!" to "damnit!"
Why didn't the other dude tell me this before I proceeded to rent 4 movies in the last 2 days? I felt robbed, but at least I know about it now. I gotta get my list together.
In the mean time, I rented dog movies for a doggie night.
"A Dog Year" and "Year of the Dog". Are they the same movei? What does it matter? I love Jeff Bridges and Molly Shannon.
My movies and wine will also be accompanied by grapes, crackers with Whole Foods gouda dip.
Although I must say my housemate's study food looked a lot better...
Brian's" Veggie Tortillapizza"
.
