I've been losing mine snce I started working again. I'm always on the run at work and I do a LOT of physical labor there. I've been eating quite a bit less because I'm not home sitting here on my butt. Since I started in April, 2008 I've lost around 30lbs, I didn't even realize I'd lost that much until I hurt my back and I was weighed, I don't own a scale. I knew I had lost because of the way my clothes were fitting and I dropped two sizes three depending on how stuff is cut.
Usually the secret really isn't a secret, it's portion control, eating healthier (not dieting because that doesn't work because you are depriving yourself of something), exercise, it's a life style. That being said, I know all these things I just don't do them because I have a hard time committing myself to a lifestyle change, my life style change because my life DID change.
and NO you are not fat, you are heavier than you were but not fat. *I* am fat, have been a good majority of my life, I don't really have an issue with that, other then health reason's.
