[After a few days of shutting herself in her room, and trying to figure out if the Closed Space was all just a dream, Winry can be found not at the smithy --no, she's too afraid to check up on it just yet-- but at the front of house 23. In shorts and and sports bra, (this sans the baseball equipment) she pulls the weeds out of her strawberry garden

[Sokka has been worried, young lady. He's stopped by your house a few times since you were back. Never went and knocked though. He's happy just to see you out again. Of course, when he comes up to talk to her, his feet end up sinking into wet muddy grass caused by the hose, soaking his sandals and feet completely.]

What the...?

[At the sound of his voice Winry picks her head up from weeding.]

Sokka?

[markofthewise]

[Sokka moves out of the mud and stares down at his sandals. Aww man.]

Hey Winry.

[crytearsofjoy]

Hey. [She plunges her hands back into the dirt to weed.]

[markofthewise]

[... well, that was friendly. He plods through the muddy ground towards her.]

Working on your garden, huh? You know, I happen to know a thing about- [It's about this point his foot reaches the hose, gets it tangled around his feet, and he goes face forward into soggy wet Earth.]

[crytearsofjoy]

[She immediately stands, and gets splattered with a little mud.] Are you alright?

[markofthewise]

[He lifts his mud-covered face.]

Wet, but I'll live. Left the hose out, didn't you?

[wings_thatwait]

...Maybe?

[markofthewise]

[Oi. Sokka pulls himself up and wipes mud off his face before looking at his ruined clothes. Maaaaaan.]

You know, with how hot it's been, really didn't expect to be getting wet today.

[crytearsofjoy]

Did I happen to rain on your parade?

[markofthewise]

[He snickers.]

Rain... [Water puns. Hilarious!] I guess I'm all washed up now.

[crytearsofjoy]

[Winry looks at the muddy Sokka up and down.] Not yet you're not.

[Quickly she grabs the hose and sprays him down.]

[markofthewise]

[Oh yeah, he's soaked now. Sometimes it's like being around his sister.]

You know what this means, don't you?

[crytearsofjoy]

No?

[markofthewise]

[It means...

SNEAK ATACK! Sokka charges forward, in spite of the hose, to tackle her down into the mud.]

[crytearsofjoy]

[Winry goes down fairly easy because she wasn't expecting the the tackle. But once they're both on the ground she retaliates by wrestling him until she's sitting on him and his back is in the soggy dirt.]
