The meetings take place everyday, from Monday to Friday, after school. So at around 2:30, people start to gather at the Brigade Headquarters.

We have a meeting on Saturdays as well, at the Seventh Heaven, at noon. But those are a kind of a special schedule in general so I don't recommend those.
