NEW YORK STATE OF MIND

friday i went to NYC on a field trip. lena got to go so that excited me greatly. she had never been to New York so i was excited for her and i'm glad i was there to witness it! we went to the gugenheim and got a wicked case of vertigo along with lena and kayla. the muesuem went up high and in a circle. it was nonsense. BUT i saw an original Van Gogh painting up close and personal. that was a great moment in my life. :P from there we went to have a few hours to peruse around the city. zac was wakling with us and i told him he looked like he belonged in NYC. heh. :D we stopped and got lunch and then we wetn down to look at the subway. and we had to find a bathroom but all the lines were wrapped around corners. so we find this obscure burger king bathroom and there is a strange contraption on the door, it says please deposit 25 cents. PAYING TO USE THE BATHROOM!!! nonsense, i tell you, nonsense. so we get back up to the street and in we went to Radio City Music Hall. it was awesome. we saw a christmas show with the rockettes. they were awesome. it takes skill, man. then we went to dinner in little italy. it was fun. i got a canoli...it ruled. :P then it was home sweet home. the only problem with the day was that it rained all day. oh well. i intend to go back. :)
