Hi!! I have always wanted to do this cross talk since long time ago haha. Well I fall in love deeply the first time I listened to My Girl. Then I lost my precious hard drive and all the scans are gone. Somehow, I am managed to get the scan from friend and I can't scan my own pamphlet as my printer is also ruined. DEMMMOOO I finally finished it!! Such a precious cross talk. I am glad I done it. I just keep smiling doing this. If you are interested to read see down below. Yamada: The time when it is decided to form a unit with Daichan, it felt kind of strange.
Arioka : It was strange for me too. It's the first time for me and Yamada to sing together properly.
Yamada: That's right. Then the time the unit was formed, “What are we both going to do?”, we discussed that “We can go with cute or cool way.” As the result, we both liked dancing, so we decided “Let's go with the cool way.”
Arioka : As we’re at this point, you said you wanted to dance to a different type of song than Hey! Say! JUMP's.
Yamada: Yes, then let's compete in captivating/fascinating way this time. “We want to dance to this song”, from several candidate songs, we agreed on “My Girl”.
Arioka : It's a mature and relatively slow tempo song. Then, we shared the nuance of the lyrics to the writer.
Yamada: We had the lyrics written on the theme of the difference in the approach between the two men to one woman.
Arioka : As for the song, we were a bit worried because it was a rambling/real R&B song that we had never sung before with JUMP.
Yamada: I know right, at first, we’re really worried.
Arioka : I have more rap and Yamada has more singing parts, so the parts are separated properly for the two of us.
