I cant wait to work with you.
Today after work i went to the gym with haley. We did yredmil form 30 minutes (well, 32with cool down ) and then did abs, legs, ove handles, swuates and more leg work . Next 6 lengths in the pool, and then around 3am sauna / hot tub. Then i steam roomed ,showered and got dressed and came home , i feel grat :)
Now its time form bed :)
