When will this pain go away

Oi yesterday had a headache from going on one to many rollercoasters. Today hit my head really hard into a doorknob when picking up my dog. Now I have a headache yet again, it's killing me and pain killers just take forever to work. This fucking sucks.

Also I keep getting these waves where every now and then I want to vomit...
