Thankfully, all of us are without injury and safe.
There are a lot of people who act without discretion in times of disaster.
I think it's useless to say anything to such people who have no consciousness of the area around them, but I want all of you to be careful and not go out and make trouble.
And, more than anything else, please think of those that have been struck by this disaster.
