Vampire Diaries
Stupid storm was passing over my town right at the beginning so unfortunately I missed the first five minutes or so and then another chunk right when Elena meets Isobel. >:(
Okay, so where it started for me was when Stefan and Elena got to school and Alaric says he needs to speak to them.
Damon: "What's with all the furrowed brows?" haha All he did was ask a question and I loved it. :)
The actress playing Isobel reminds me so much of Amy Adams. Her coloring is all different but there's something about her eyes and the expressions she gives that look like Amy.
Wow, don't you wish sometimes you had the power to turn a gay man straight? That would be a handy gift to have.
Good Damon/Elena moment with his telling her she didn't have to meet Isobel. And Stefan picked up on that. Uh-oh.
Ooooooooooooooo boy, Isobel is a bitch. Ouchie. She sure had some barbs. I'm guessing that Isobel had some sort of illness and that's why she wanted to be turned. I can't think of another reason.
I love Alaric. I hope they keep him around. He'd be a great tool to give the Aunt an actual storyline. Neat that Alaric mentioned he could see some humanity in Damon. I like their hate/respect relationship.
Jeremy needs to go back to his early season hairstyle.
Oh THANK YOU WRITERS!! Damon in strip poker!!
I knew that Damon wouldn't do anything with Isobel because the writers want a possible romance for him with Elena and Isobel is Elena's mother. But when they were all up in each other's face I began to doubt. I was shouting at the screen "Don't sleep with Elena's mother! Don't sleep with Elena's mother!" lol
Open mouthed Damon kissing. HOT. And I saw the tongue. Holy fuck.
"And I do kill the messenger. Know why? Because it sends a message." Loved that line.
Aw Bonnie came to apologize. Poor Elena's getting dumped on in this episode.
Why would Emily pledge her loyalty to Catherine if she was so anti-vampire? I wanna know.
Oh good. Elena knows that Jeremy knows. I hate when shows drag secrets out.
I couldn't believe that Stefan didn't grab Isobel and run away from the scene with her when the trailer dropped on Matt. Stefan was such background food in this episode. :(
Matt & Caroline need to be brought into the loop ASAP. Their stories are getting boring and they're so disconnected from the rest of the show and thereby characters. :(
I know I say this every episode but GAH! I want the Salvatore house.
I get where Bonnie is coming from. I do. But suddenly in this episode, with her attitude, she's far less like able.
Nice standoff moment with Isobel and Elena.
"Cause he's in love with you." ouchie Stefan. I loved how Damon immediately looked at Stefan but also looked confused; like it wasn't something he had thought.
Argh. Jeremy think about it from Elena's perspective. :( I get his point though.
SUCH a good scene with Isobel and Alaric. Loved his small smile when she touched his face. The dialogue was just perfect in that scene.
I didn't feel Anna's sincerity when she cried to Jeremy. I think the actress fell a little short. :(
And so the triangle officially begins. I feel bad for Stefan. Because he knows it's coming. It might not be soon but it's coming.
So it's official that John is Elena's father. I'm guessing she'll find out next week.
Oooo Isobel wants John to take care of Elena. So was her bitch attitude an act the whole time because she doesn't want Elena involved with vampires? Man, make me feel a shred of respect for her.
Totally saw Bonnie's deceit coming.
Supernatural
Aw. My middle name is Celeste. So this year they've used my first and middle name. Too bad the characters weren't that awesome.
Why does the vomit Pestilence causes look like Nickelodeon slime? :-/
Oooo Cas is human? Wait! Is he still an angel but with zero powers and they are saying "like" a human?
"You're not the broken shell of a man I believed you to be."
"Thank you." :D
How awesome to see the guys on a stakeout again. :) It's been ages since we've seen that. I always have flashbacks to Nightshifter. Gosh I loved that episode.
I like Pestilence's speech about viruses being pure.
"How'd you get here?"
"Took a bus."
"Not a spec of angel in you is there?"
cuts finger off
"Maybe just a spec."
Go Cas! Go Cas!
Why does Bobby say it's nice to score a home run for once? They already had the rings from War and Famine. Do you think it's because people died when they went against those two? Actually, did anyone die (other than demon lackeys) in the confrontation with Famine?
"I don't understand your definition of good news."
I LOVE that Sam's first thought was "Didja kiss him?" LMAO! And I love that Dean was like "Priorities! But yeah, I do kinda want to know."
"Why'd you have to use tongue?"
LOL this cracked me up:
Sam leans against the impala. *heavy sigh*
Dean: "Let me guess. We're about to have a talk."
"I'm the least of any of you." Really? Do you think that Sam?
"aaaaaaand scene."
"You two are lucky you have your looks." :D This made me laugh but why wouldn't Sam get that? He usually does. And I don't like having another character around just to insult the boys and make them look stupid (which is 80% of what Crowley did.)
The O'Death scene probably would've made more of an impact on me had it not been used for so many promos.
Aw Bobby. Don't be mean to Cas.
Hey! It's confirmed. Crowley is the King Of The Crossroads. Nice to have his position confirmed.
I knew Bobby would get his legs back. I just knew. I was happy for him but...
Nice moment between Bobby, Cas and Sam in the truck.
Good thing for Sam that he can't get the croatoan virus.
Loved how nervous Jensen portrayed Dean's approach to Death. Very good.
Death was so haughty, wasn't he?
that pizza looks dry.
I love Dean's face when Death said "You're going to let your brother jump right into that fiery pit."
OMG! Dean in that last scene with Bobby...the lighting...GAH, he's so freakin beautiful!
So sweet to hear someone talking about the good in Sam.
