The IRS on frivolous tax arguments.
For some reason, this is really amusing to me. I guess it's because I can sort of picture myself putting together this kind of list. Things You Should Never Try To Get Away With Because They Will Fail and Make You Look Stupid and Also Waste Our Time. If we write it down and put it on the internet, that will keep people from making these mistakes ever again, and then we won't have to deal with them! And then somehow your Panic Book article turns into a thoroughly annotated grievance list. With footnotes. And citations. That nobody is actually ever going to read, except maybe your friends who already know all this stuff.

I mean, I'm sure the IRS was more professional about it...
