tutoring rates (poll which is not a poll)

I know a lot of people reading this have done tutoring, now or in the past. So what's your default tutoring rate? Or, what was the last one you charged? All comments screened by default; feel free to include any particular factors that would make you charge a higher or lower rate. I think I generally know which people have more advanced degrees or more experience than me, but if you think I might not know, feel free to include it. I've never been sure what mine should be; more data is always useful.
