Supernatural 1x12 - Faith
If it's wrong to be happy there was no House tonight so I could watch SPN an hour earlier, I don't wanna be right. ;)
- Oh, God, I actually cried when Sam was being given the news. Literally had tears come down my cheeks and I'm not STUPID. I knew it'd be okay. You can't kill off one half of your show, lmfao. But it just so sad. I love Dean. Proud, proud Dean. And poor Sammy. The mother hen.
- I love that Dean mentioned the Metallicar on his death bed. SO IN CHARACTER. It's little moments like that just make me love this show so fucking much.
- Sam clapping and grinning at the healing tent reminded me of a retarded cymbal monkey. A funny, adorable retarded cymbal monkey, but I retarded cymbal monkey nonetheless, lmfao. What a little dork. His hair was a little helmety tonight too, lol.
- I knew it was a reaper going in. I saw the trailer (pictures? something) with him, so it was quite obvious. But I loved, and I mean LOVED that they started the opening bars of "Don't Fear the Reaper" as Dean was explaining it. That was fucking cool. I love that song to begin with, as I'm sure many others do, so it was just a nice lead-in to the reveal.
- I love that Dean was called out as "important", but I hate that he has to carry this burden that his life was traded for another. This could just make him an even more "tortured" hero. Not that that isn't a great trait in a TV lead, 'cause it totally can be, but it does make me feel sorry for him. Poor guy.
- I knew as soon as Dean had the order "not to let him heal anyone" that Julie Benz would be the one called up. Obvious. You don't waste a name guest.
- And aww, we make like you Julie, but Dean, buddy, you're wrong. She did NOT deserve it more than you. Good of the one vs. good of the many. And Dean? Good of the many.
- The reaper really reminded me of one the The Gentlemen from Buffy. All he needed to do was float and he could have been one of them, with that creepy ass smile at the end before he killed Mrs. Faith.
- I just want to cuddle Dean. And the cuddle him some more.
- Sam Jones III in the 7th Heaven commerical? Oh, Lord, what did the poor boy do to deserve that? If you want to hang out on The WB, traipse on back over to SV, friend.
