So, Ainsley almost died on our way back from Tokyo. We met another mom (kim) and daughter from Atsugi and were riding the train home together from a Canon audition. We stopped at Krispy Kreme at Yokohama, then hopped back on the train to head home. It was packed due to rush hour and finally a seat opened up and Kim told me to sit down and she'd stand with the girls. So I sit down and the girls are playing right by the door. Well, when the doors opened at Yamato station Ainsley was leaning against them. She fell all the way to her waist into the crack before Kim caught her by the arm. When it happened I was super nonchalant about it, but now I'm writing it and I'm balling. It was so scary! Tonight in our prayers we thanked Heavenly Father for Kim being there to grab Ainsley. I should note there were also a ton of people waiting to get on the train that tried to help. Thankfully all is well and she's just a little shaken. I'm probably more freaked out by it.
