I survived Thanksgiving, it even had fun moments. The turkey, cooked by my awesome husband, was fantastic! I love turkey and he does it great. We had pumpkin gooey bars which are a favorite of mine since Naika made them last year. :)
The tree is up, the stockings are sitting around waiting to be hung, and we are even going to put lights up on our balcony. (I miss my yard!)
With all that Christmas work, we need to send out Christmas cards. I wanted to take them outside. We've got some lovely spots around. Maybe something with a Japanese look, but alas, there were extenuating circumstances. Cheyenne wasn't here, now that he is home, he gets off work at four, which is very reasonable, but too late for pictures since the sun is totally set by five. Then it rained all weekend. We finally decided to take them inside. Moved the couches, sat in front of the tree, and hoped for the best. I'd like to commend people who take pictures of kids and get them to smile cute. Ainsley is maybe not cut out for modeling in Japan like we'd hoped. It was painful to get the good shots, but here are the bad. :)
I'm not sure why I'm winking at the camera, nor am I sure what monster Ainsley is supposed to be.
Zoolander much?
She can't stand the light! It's too bright!
I can't stop laughing while looking at this picture. What a dork!
this one was for anyone that wanted to see the belly. I am sticking it out a bit, ya know, for the picture. That's 23 weeks of baby in there.
