you know when you have this intense image in your head and you want to somehow express it? for me, that medium usually is writing. frustratingly, though, i always mangle the thought with my clumsy words. bah.
last night was senior formal. i was about two shots away from confessing to my past/current crushes. failing to acquire the additional booze, i made vague body contact in hopes that my feelings would transfer through osmosis. or something like that. in between, i destroyed the dessert table(s). honestly, food never fails to disappoint. overall, it was a beautiful and elegant affair, an upgraded version of prom, i want to say. thanks to nate for making it a fun and unawkward night!
