Time and other misc. stuff
Time is running away from me. It feels like the weeks are flying by so fast. I just realized yesterday that I only have one week left at AC Moore, then one week to move, and then I'll be in Pittsburgh. . . wow. On one hand, I can't WAIT for the next two or three weeks to pass by (believe me, for more than one reason!), but on the other hand, slow summer down! I have sooo much stuff to do, and very little time to do it! Eek!
Good news is, I may have found a rooommate/someplace to live! I'm going to send her my number and have her call me this weekend, and with any luck next weekend I'll get to see the apartment and meet her, and then move in. . . I really, really need to go shopping for apartment stuff!
In other news, I need to do some writing that doesn't involve blogging. lol I did start what I think is going to be a flash fiction piece yesterday. Someone has started helping me get back into the writing mood again, and suddenly I actually have ideas floating around in my head. I wish I would just be disciplined enough to follow through with them all. You know, this always happens to me, though. I go all summer with barely having any creative energy, and then right before school starts I get this sudden rush to write. . . The good news is, if I get that rush this time, I'm off to an MFA program in a couple of weeks, so at least I'll have plenty of time to work with them all! I also showed a friend of mine a story I had started awhile ago, and he said it was really good and I should keep going on it, so we'll see if I actually pick up that again...

For some reason I can't get it to upload here, but it's on Myspace if you wanna look. . . I am happier than I have felt in a long time, and so excited for what the future holds. :-D
