(no subject)
So the home inspection went pretty well yesterday, there were some little things that could be improved upon but nothing to major.
The only concern that the home inspector had was that half the piping in the house had been replaced... so i'm not sure if there is something wrong with the other half? or if there have been previous plumbing problems or whatever...
The home loan is final too,
I now owe bank of america $172,000... well that's the loan
amount, i get to pay a lot more than that after interest and everything
is added in. yay. way to sell my soul.
oh well my own home will be nice, can't wait.
Now all I need to do is go back, finish up school and graduate...
my life is starting to fall into place =)
