[watch it crash]
God, I’m a wreck. I’m stressed, I’m tired, I’m sick -- just a cold, really, but having to stop whatever you’re doing every ten minutes to expel mucus forcefully from your nose gets old, as does a fucking painful sore throat. And it’s not just my throat -- I wound up wearing shoes that were a size too small for me yesterday, because they were rainboots and I needed them to keep the snow out, but now my feet are swollen around the toes and balls of my feet. This means that walking hurts. I’m tired, too. All this that I just mentioned? I skipped my first class because I just couldn’t get up. I had hoped that more sleep would help my body heal.
And to add insult to injury, I’m breaking out. I always do when I’m under pressure -- usually only during exam week. When I’m relaxed, I have good skin. It’s not TOO noticeable, but it’s still just one more thing on top of everything else. I didn’t have time to dry my hair before class, so it’s pulled into a stringy, damp ponytail at the base of my neck. I’ve definitely looked better. I look about the same as I feel.
God damn. We didn’t get a snow day today, so I get to haul my sorry ass to class before rehearsal.
But that’s all, really. I’ve got three pages out of five done for my paper, and I’m taking the notes I need in class right now. I thought to bring tissues to class.
Yesterday, though, was awesome. Seriously. The snow? Was BEAUTIFUL.
I go outside the theater and THIS is what I see.
IT'S SO PRETTY. OMG.
It looked like freaking NARNIA.
Although I don't think I'd want to see a college!satyr.
THIS IS OUR LIBRARY. SERIOUSLY.
IT'S SO PRETTY. AND IS JUST AS PRETTY ON THE INSIDE. ♥ ♥ ♥
