Well I Wouldn't Be Caught Dead In This Place...
So, in about 12 hours I plan to be headed for D-Town to plant my behind on a folding chair on W Grand Boulevard for 3 hours to wait for the All-American Rejects to play. I love when Detroit is bustling with people and things to do, reminds me of the Superbowl!! :)
Did a tour from Ann Arbor to Detroit. Ate at Damon's since the one in the Dirty Dotte has been closed for what seems forever, and went shopping at Briarwood! Then drove downtown to invesitgate the Tastefest concert situation, then headed to the Hard Rock Cafe today for the first time ever. I really liked it!
Went to Necto Saturday night. Let it be known that I cannot function in stilettos. I was dying on the ride there, and I wasn't even standing yet! It was nice to do something different!
John Mayer/Sheryl Crow presale for DTE is Wednesday morning. I better get in the first five rows, that's all I have to say.
No matter how many times I've listened to it in the past year or so, I can never get enough of P!ATD. I guess they're gonna be on TRL? I know everyone calls it "selling out" but if you were making fat cash and being appreciated musically and achieving everything you've ever dreamed of, you know you'd do it too.
