Nonsense. "Customers are idiots" stories are always interesting. And so very true, I might add.

I hope your ears start feeling better! I've had ear aches a lot lately too. Do you have hay fever too, like me? Or is it just a cold?

I have very narrow ear canals, which often leads to wax blockages and ear infections. The nurse said I have an ear infection at the moment and prescribed me drops for it, but I suspect I have an actual blockage too and they're going to need syringing again. Yay(!)
