Hey shawn hahaha I kicked your ass at basketball today lol, and you kicked mine running around the gym parking lot. I really enjoyed this kind of workout, it was effective and fun at the same time. This thread will be updated each day mr.shawn with my food log so I wont have to keep bringing the other in (i'll still update that one but this easier for you to check lol). ( all my other readers just ignore this thread lol and you can make amusing comments about the vast amounts of crap i eat LOL).

Mr.Shawn make sure to check in on this thread (april 11th 2005) for my food log, I dont want to litter my diary by making new entires just for that lol).

Monday April 11th, 2005

6am-two pieces of toast, glass of OJ
12:30 pm : roasted chicken panchetta sandwhich (chicken, cheese lettuce mayo, in a special bread)
6:00pm (took antibiotics),crackers, saltines, flavored water (not shoken up ala the shawn either LOL, thanks for throwing my lime water on the ground today btw).
8:30 pm Crystals Everything But The Kitchen Sink Fish Gumbo *yummy*, bread and butter, crackers, fruit smoothie ala my blender (woo-hoo for cooking lol)
Gumbo:
tomatoes, onions,garlic,tomatoe paste,vegatable stock,fish marniated in soy sauce and baked then chopped up and added to the stock, one potato,black beans,garlic salt, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, grated cheesemyellow bell pepper, red bell pepper,eggnoodles and leftover chicken.........lol
