Author Notes: Hello! I hope all of you had a happy Christmas! It has been a while since I have posted to this community... It was when I was still willamsaporta (If any of you guys remember me haha) I had this fluffy idea while I was in the car freezing my hands off. It's been a while since I wrote something but I just couldn't get this idea out of my head. Very short but I hope you enjoy :)

The boys rarely traveled during the night but tonight they were in a small van in America heading to their next destination to who knows where. Brian said that they had to get there by tonight because they had a show to do in the daytime. It was currently the middle of winter and it was around 11 p.m. or so George thought it was. No one really knew the day or time usually but none of them really cared, Brian was the one who made sure that they were on time so it wasn't really necessary for them to know.

The van was old and the heating system seemed to have broken down on them because George was not getting warm at all. He rubbed his hands together to create some warmth with the friction but that didn't really work. Not only was his hands cold but his whole body was. Ringo looked over at George from his side of the small seat in the back of the van they were sharing and asked, "You cold?"

George answered with a small nod, shivering and rubbing his hands up his arms.

Ringo peered over the seats where John and Paul were sitting, seeing that they had some warm looking blankets, he tried to grab some of the extra ones that they weren't using. But before he could Paul snatched one away and said, "Thanks, I needed another one. It's fuckin' cold tonight. Eh' John?"

"Oi! Gimme that other blankie here Ringo! I'm fuckin' cold as well," John answered while making grabby hands at the small blanket Ringo held.

"Hey, me and George back here are just as cold, Paul give me that blanket so I can give it to George," Ringo said, moving his hands towards the soft fabric wrapped around Paul's head.

Paul jerked away and pulled the fabric tighter around himself. "No! This is mine! You can share that one with George," he said pointing to the one Ringo was holding.

"'Ey Paulie, you'll share with me won't ye?" John asked, fluttering his eyelashes like a bird.

Paul scooted away from John and answered, "No. Mine."

"What?!" John dramatically gasped and attacked Paul with his tickling hands. Paul giggled loudly while yelling, "John stop it!"

Ringo sighed and slumped back into his seat next to George. "Sorry Georgie, looks like we're gonna have to share one." Ringo threw the blanket over George's legs.

George immediately tucked his legs under the material and pulled it up to his chin, still shivering.

Ringo laughed, "Hey, save some for me too!" He slid closer to George, pressing his side against George's cold arms and lifted the blanket to get under it. "Geez George, you really are freezing!" Ringo said as he made himself comfortable in his new seat.

George could smell Ringo's cologne and it made him feel even warmer somehow. He liked the feel of his warmth on his side and it helped his shivers calm a bit. His hands were still freezing though, but he couldn't just press his hands onto Ringo's skin just because he feels like a human radiator, no, that would be weird even though George's hands were really cold and he liked the idea of his hands on Ringo's skin. George imagined himself sticking his ice cold hands up Ringo's thin shirt to touch the burning hot skin, that thought alone made his skin tingle with heat. Definitely no, George thought to himself, very weird. So George settled with rubbing his hands together.

Ringo watched George's hands for a couple of seconds before he looked up to George's face and asked, "Your hands cold?"

George felt Ringo's warm breath on his face and he could feel the heat rise there as he realized how very close Ringo's face was to his own. He hummed in reply to his question.

Ringo turned his head back to George's hands. After a moment he reached his own hands out and held George's in a tight grip.

George's breath hitched. His heart was beating at a faster pace and his body was heating up fast. He didn't really know what to do or say but before he knew it he was saying, "You don't have to do that Ringo." Why did he say that? He wanted Ringo to hold his hands and keep it warm forever, even though he knows that's weird, but Ringo's warm hands on his feels really good.

Ringo squeezed George's hands tighter, making George's breath hitch again, and he answered, "But I want to be warm too." He looked up and smiled at George.

George grinned shyly back, wondering how he had ever felt cold earlier when he felt like a furnace now with Ringo leaning more heavily onto his side.

Brian called back to the boys in the back from the passenger seat, "There seems to be a bit of traffic tonight boys, I'm sorry but I don't think we'll be making it to the hotel anytime soon. You can have some rest if you'd like. I'll wake you all when we get there."

"'Ey Paulie, lay down so I can use your soft belly as a pillow," John said jokingly as he leaned his head back on his seat.

"How dare you call me fat John!" Paul gasped. He tried to keep an angry face but he broke into laughter and leaned his head onto John's shoulder.

John laughed and patted Paul's head as he said in a granny voice, "Is little Paulie sleepy?"

Paul smacked his hand away and he closed his eyes to get some rest.

John left his hand on Paul's shoulder and closed his eyes as well.

Ringo yawned and took his hands away from George's as he stretched his arms. "I'm tired too," Ringo said, "I think I'm gonna sleep a bit."

George nodded to Ringo, trying his best to not let his disappointment show. He enjoyed Ringo's hands on his own and didn't want Ringo to go and take a nap if that meant that Ringo was going to go back to his side of the seat they shared. So George was surprised when Ringo leaned back on to George's sides, making him feel all warm inside again. Ringo rested his head on George's shoulder and asked, "Is it alright if I sleep on ya? You're really comfortable and warm." George nodded and breathed out a quick "yeah." He swore his heart was beating a thousand miles a second. Ringo's light breath was tickling his neck and he couldn't seem to get his brain to process this situation. He never dreamed to have the drummer, who George considered very attractive (even though he was a man), this close to him.

George felt Ringo's arm move behind his back and his heart skipped a beat when his hand rested on his hip.

"Does me touching you like this bother you?" Ringo quietly asked, turning his head up a little to look at George.

"No it's fine," George answered, his voice sounded a bit too high. But Ringo didn't seem to notice as he breathed into George's neck saying, "Good." George breathed a long breath out when he felt Ringo rub his nose lightly on his neck and the hand on his hip tighten it's grip.

They sat quietly like that for a while. George was starting to fall asleep. He felt so warm and comfortable with Ringo wrapped around him. Right when George was about to go into the world of dreams Ringo lifted his free hand and threaded his fingers with one of George's hands. George didn't think it was possible but his face started to heat up even more. He looked down at their hands on his lap.

"I thought your hands might have still been cold," Ringo said, ending his sentence with a large yawn.

George smiled to himself and whispered, "Good night Ringo."

Ringo hummed and replied, "Good night Georgie." He turned his face to place a light kiss to George's chin, then placed his head back on his shoulder.

George absentmindedly rubbed circles with his thumb on Ringo's hand. When he heard soft snores coming from the older man he smiled widely and kissed the top of Ringo's head softly and closed his eyes to get some rest himself.

~~~
"Aww, Paul, come and look at the boys cuddling in the back. Isn't that just adorable?" John said, sounding like one of those annoying birds they meet all the time.
Paul turned and laughed, "Hey George! Ringo! What are you two doing, hugging each other like that?"
George and Ringo stirred awake. "Wahh?" George rubbed at his eyes with his free hand and as his mind cleared he blushed as he realized that him and Ringo were still laying on each other.
Ringo woke up a couple seconds later and yawned, "Good morning boys! I had a good sleep last night." He took both his hands off George to stretch his arms.
"We see you've been cuddlin' with George," John snickered. Paul laughed as well.
"It's really comfortable and keeps you warm, right George?" Ringo said, turning to look at the younger man.
George smiled but Ringo turned to look at John and Paul before he could say anything.
"You two should try it sometime too. Well, not with George, but the cuddlin'. George is already my cuddlin' partner," Ringo said, sitting back down in his spot pressed against George's side.
John and Paul laughed loudly but didn't comment, they turned away, dismissing the conversation entirely.
Ringo smiled and said, "I mean it you know? You bein' my cuddle partner."
George laughed. "Well come on, it seems like we still got a ways to go."
They both smiled widely and Ringo placed his hand back around George's waist and the other held his hand.
If George knew that having Ringo hold him would make him so warm, he would have started cuddling with Ringo way sooner.
Well, it looks like George and Ringo were going to save lots of money on heating bills.
