Wish list update
[x] 1. Hello Kitty bags. It was so kind of my aunt to get me a white Hello Kitty bag - not the one in the picture, though. It came from the same line of angelic/devilish Hello Kitty bags, so yay! :)
[ ] 2. Dirty Minds. Not a chance of buying it with family and relatives around.
[x] 3. Miscellaneous anime and manga. Code Geass? Check. Le Chevalier D'Eon? Check. Currently watching. Claymore, Romeo and Juliet and The Prince of Tennis? Not yet, but I will think thoroughly whether I want to watch them or not. As for manga... Ouran Volume 10? Not yet released. Dolls? Check. Zhandra also gave me a manga called Forbidden Dance; I'll be sure to read it!
Also... since we're on the topic of anime and manga here, I'd just like to express my anticipation for next year. The Death Note novel, as well as How to Read (the information guide for all things Death Note), will be translated in English and released in February 2008! And in March, Tokyopop is translating Shin Petshop of Horrors. Moving on to anime, I'm looking forward to Season 2 of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and the Darker than Black OVA.
[x] 4. J-doramas and Asian movies. Got Hana Kimi, Liar Game, Nodame Cantabile and a movie: Lust, Caution. I don't think I can watch them all during the Christmas break, though. If only I could get my hands on some Asian horror and the live-action version of Jigoku Shoujo, haha.
[ ] 5. Good grades. Oh, who knows if I'll get good grades? I can only hope.
[x] 6. Getting to see my HS friends again. Wasn't able to see Chong off. However, I did meet some of my HS friends recently, and I will meet more of them in the days to come.
[x] 7. Misc. anime memorabilia. None. I want the Death Note nendoroid dolls - they're adorable dolls with big heads. What's amusing is that you can change their facial expressions! XD To my utter delight, they're now available in the Philippines. The catch? A set (Ryuk and Light) costs P1250. I asked if I could just buy the Light nendoroid, but no, I couldn't. And even if the nendoroids weren't sold in sets, I don't think buying one for P600+ would be worth it. :( Haven't seen any Darker than Black memorabilia, and there doesn't seem to be any new FMA memorabilia that catches my fancy.
[x] 8. Clothes Thank you, Mommy and Daddy! And Richmond too. :)
[x] 9. Books. Thank you, Andria, for the book of logical problems! Now I can while the time away with something worthwhile.
[x] 10. Neckties. Lexie, I love the necktie! Now, if only I could find clothes to match it with. (My wardrobe is limited.)
[x] 11. Pocky. I would like to thank the nearby grocery for stocking up on Pocky again!
