Each player of this game starts with 6 weird things about you. People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 6 weird things as well as state the rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don’t forget to leave a comment that says you are tagged in their comments and tell them to read your blog.

Okay, here goes! Sorry if my answers tend to be long-winded. I just can't help explaining myself, and at times going off on a tangent.

1. I'm more of a home person; I don't really like going out that much. Perhaps it's because when I was young, my parents were - and actually, still are - too busy to take my siblings and me out. Don't get me wrong, going to the mall, attending a convention, or meeting up with friends is fun, as long as it isn't too often. Most days I just spend my time at home, boring as it may be. But now that I'm entering college I think I'll be going out a bit more, to break the monotony of my life. Oh, no, it's not what you're thinking - I won't be partying or anything. Maybe I'll go malling with some of my friends from high school.

2. I think that I'm hopelessly addicted to the Internet. Good luck trying to pry me away from my computer. People often ask me what I do on the Internet. They think I'm an online gamer, but that's not the case! I'm such a nerd. I search for anything I can think up on Wikipedia, update my blog, read fanfics, visit a few LJ comms and friends' blogs, and occasionally chat on Yahoo!Messenger. Ironically enough, I don't think I'm that computer-proficient, when compared to some other people. Sure, I know HTML, but I think I've forgotten some of it already, along with a bunch of other computer-related stuff.

3. I'm not a "tele-babad" person. "Tele-babad" is Filipino slang for talking on the phone for a very long time. I'm such a crappy conversationalist that I can't get a conversation going on the phone. That's why I'm not too fond of talking too long over the phone. Oftentimes, I've tried doing it, with little success. Midway through the conversation, the one I'm talking to and I have moments of awkward silence. The only person that I can make "tele-babad" to is Richmond. No, it's not that I'm uncomfortable with my other friends or anything. It's just that Richmond and I talk about insane topics and things that I normally wouldn't talk to with my friends - gossip, celebrities, tongue-in-cheek meanness, etc.

4. I'm sort of a picky eater. With my weight and appearance, this may seem unbelievable, but it's true! Here's a list of some foods and drinks I dislike, even though they are mostly liked by others: chocolates (but I don't mind drinking chocolate milk), French fries, potato chips, squid (especially if it's submerged in black ink and I can see the tentacles), coffee (except when it's iced), liver, onions, and tomatoes. People are in awe when I say that there are certain Filipino delicacies I don't like: dinuguan, kare-kare, sisig and balut. They say that those foods are delicious but I'm disturbed at the thought of eating those things! Generally, I dislike "exotic food", including but not limited to innards, frog legs, lamb, goat, eel, etc. Still, you wonder about my weight? Well, I guess I tend to indulge in foods that I like to eat.

5. I love to read the tabloids! My favorite tabloid is "People's Tonight". With its sensationalistic headlines having even more sensationalistic leads like "God probably looked the other way as the heartless mom threw her newborn into the Pasig River", I often feel like I'm reading a cheesy novel, and not a news report. And then there are some headlines that are completely out of this world, such as "Woman gives birth to frog!". Haven't I seen that on Snopes before? Often, the headlines are so salacious that I skip reading them. Instead, I read the gossip section, and find new reasons to laugh at the folly and overall annoyingness of local celebrities. I also find Jojo Acuin's column to be interesting, even though the stories are often predictable and screwed-up. There's also Erwin Tulfo's column, which is, sometimes, unintentionally hilarious (but at the same time annoying) because he often resorts to name-calling. Well, tabloids provide a good laugh for me. Perhaps it could be deemed as junk food for the brain? XD

6. I have a highly overactive imagination, to the point that I feel paranoid sometimes. No, make that most of the time. I don't think I need psychiatric help, but yeah, the fact that I feel uneasy when I use public transport - with a constant fear of getting mugged - is weird in itself. Also, I often chalk up weird, hilarious and/or totally unrealistic scenarios in my head. Why, just recently, I was daydreaming about hanging out with the "Jigoku Shoujo" characters.

I don't know if I can find six people to tag! There are only a few fellow bloggers that I have as my friends, and I'm sure that most of them have been tagged anyway. So I'm tagging eaglesspirit, mindlessbean, Mervyn (even though he doesn't have an LJ), and th3r3s3. Only four... *sigh*
