Rome baby!!!
Yep I am in Rome. I have to say I love Italy! It is so beautiful. All the statues, arches, and water fountains make you fall in love with Italy. The architecture is amazing.
Today I saw the Colosseum. It was huge!!!I was in awe by how much of the original building is still intact. I would give anything to go back in time and see Rome at its peak. I will tell you now that I'm entering a Roman obsession. It could be bad...I got two statues of ancient Roman women. It is rather pathetic.
I promise to tell all of you about my adventures in Italy and will send you guys your presents with a pic of me in Italy. But I have to go because I am exhausted.
The things that Italians don't believe in:
1) A drinking age--- Yay!!!
2) Public Bathrooms---yes it is true. They are extremely hard to find and when you do find them you have to pay to use them.
3) Crosswalks---- If you are in the crosswalk they don't slow down. It is scary stuff
4) Shower curtains--- This hotel I am in right now is the only one that has had a decent shower curtain. The last hotel didn't have one at all.
