The fun things about taxes, money and making the perfect lazy spot.
So, I do my own taxes (yes, I'm awesome. Thank you) I do them at my parents' house cause they buy the computer programs for it. So it kind of becomes a family event. Tax day! we hang out, order pizza and take turns boring ourselves silly over paperwork.
Anywhoo! long story short... My sister ended up owing KY 8$ and amusingly enough all I got BACK in KY tax was 8$. So now it's a huge joke that my sister should've just handed me 8$ and we could've called it even.
I e-filed my federal (OMG MONEY! I'm getting like 1200$ back! YAHOO!) but you had to pay 8$ to e-file (7.95$ actually) so I decided to mail in my state... cause while a check for 5 cents would be possibly the most epic thing ever I just couldn't bring myself to do it. That's lunch one afternoon or something at least, lol (Me? stingy?? Not sure when that started.)
So yay, taxes done another year.
In other news: Went and helped Jen's Grandma (who, by the way, is absolutely fricken awesome and possibly my favoritest grandmother on the planet) helped Jen's Grandma move some furniture today and she gave us some comfy chairs and an ottoman she was getting rid of so YAY new furniture. She's also going to give us some really nifty octagon intables when she gets new those!
So after that... I want to get a new computer sometime soon, I want a new big TV for the bedroom and I Need to get Jen a new cellphone and get her on my plan. Phew. Money money money... and awesomeness.
Soon I will have the coolest fricken room ever.
