I can't think of anything specific enough to fill out that template... but the idea, if you feel up to messing around with it: Rockstar!Dom mini-movie icon using footage of him singing at the TORN post-Oscar party. With border (any kind).
I saw this icon, and was going to take that... but it was kind of rough and I knew you could make something prettier. I have no idea how those mini-movies are made though, so I'm not sure what you wuld need. I think Bag End Inn has video up. And there are pictures from that night here.
