Some of my poems!!! I hope you like them
Dear Journal:
Here is 7 of my poems that I wrote over the last few months, they are numbered so you can tell where the one ends and the next one starts... everyone says I should share them so here they are:
1.) Empty Heart
In memory of my grandfather and grandmother
Empty heart that is the way you left it, When you left me
When I think of how much I loved you,
It makes me sad,
It reminds me of that horrible day,
You left me
alone in this world,
With no one to love...
When I think of when you left,
It makes me sick inside,
And it makes me cry to remember how much you mean to me,
When I remember you dieing,
It makes my heart shatter to pieces all over again...
Why did God have to take you two away from me,
And leave my heart empty
now it's just me and my empty heart
2.) The Way I Feel
The way you feel when
you die is the way I feel in side
My life does not change at all
Alone and sad like no one
cares it is like I never lived
on earth like you are in a dark
room alone with no lights
or no sign of life in a cage and you can't get out
it is like you are in slow motion
and no one can hear you cry it is like you're in a picture
that looks the same way you hold it that is how I feel inside
3.) Your Love Is Like
Love comes and it goes
but your love stays
your love is like
the sun, that never hides
your love is like a blanket,
it warms me up when I'm cold
your love is like a fire,
it burns in my soul
your love is like a mother's touch,
soft and gentle
Jason dear you love is like a river,
it flows threw my veins
your love is like a rose,
beautiful in every way
that is what your love is like
4.) Just your love
Just your love
It is like some type of drug that flows through my veins
It is like a helping hand that helps me when I fall
And it catches me before I jump off the bridge to hell
It is like wings, that makes my heart fly free
It is like the sun, warm and always there
Your love is always going to be there for me Jason Harold Tully
It is always going to be there when I need it the most
I love you

5.) You
You’re loving eyes help me when I can’t see
You’re loving arms are there to hold me when I need to be held
Loving you is just like loving God; you’re always there when I need a someone
I don’t know how I found you, and I can’t explain how much I truly love you
You’re loving hands help me up when I start to fall
You’re loving touch is there when I need a simple loving touch
No one can compare to you, and no one can compare your love to anything
The finest gold, sliver, and all the gems and sparkling things can’t compare to your love that you give to me
You make me happy when I’m sad
You make me laugh when I’m down
Nothing can compare to your love, you’re my life and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else but in your arms no long expensive trip can compare to your love
You’re touch, you’re laughter, you’re smile, and you’re eyes
Everything you do makes me want to love you more
6.) My baby
I held you in my arms
You were so soft and warm
I could feel your heart beat
I seen every breath you made
You looked so tiny and helpless
I remembered the day that you were born
You were so precious like an expensive gem
I held you so close as your father cried
But those were tears of joy
But then I woke up realizing it was just a dream
7.) What You Never Knew Before
I just want to you to know that I was wrong,
Because I don’t know how to say to you that I love you!
Is why I try to look into your baby blue eyes
That reminds me that I never told you that you were my life
Don't turn away; I want you to hear me out
For if you don’t I might have to hurt myself
Just like I hurt you, please don’t walk away
You’re still in my heart, and your what my dreams are made of
I want you to know the truth, but I know you won’t believe the truth
Because I hurt you, with the words I said last time when I said goodbye
I know it was wrong and it hurt,
But till now I didn’t know what I had
And how much I truly love you
So I’m going to say it now I love you with all my heart and soul
I’m sorry for what all I said to make your love disappear
I hope you know what I really wanted you to know all along….
