So I'm feeling kinda gross right now. I partially blame that $130 10 course tasting menu dinner I had at 9:15pm. So much food and so little self-control. Who on earth eats so late? Ko as a culinary experience is kind of overrated. the portion were too huge and the flavors weren't exactly balanced. A lot of flavors weren't able to balance each other and they were all competing for attention on the palate. I'm a little tired of places not living up to the hype. Such disappointments. I don't think I'll ever be doing tasting menus ever again. Just gross. Way too much food. I can't even take a 3-course...
