I recall the coming-of-age ceremony for Japan nationals is 20. Just a side note, though. This probably means he's still jailbait? LOL. By Japanese standards. Kimito and Kouki celebrated their coming-of-age ceremonies when they reached 20, if I'm not mistaken.
