Hung out with a few girl friends I missed yesterday. Spent majority of the late afternoon at Bo's Coffee Club at the Rosario Arcade near Lim Ket Kai Center. It's my favorite Bo's branch to date. Because I'm not much of a coffee drinker---and when I need coffee I'd opt for the strong brew that is the espresso---we ended up trying their summer iced tea specials. Mimi and JM had the green apple iced tea while I had the red raspberry one that escapes me at the moment. I forgot the full name, really. I kind of want to try the green tea thing they have. Maybe next time. I usually just go for tea when I'm in coffee shops like Starbucks---Chai Tea Latte and Chai Tea are my current favorites. I rarely get coffee.
The whole time spent at Bo's were used to chitchat on everything from Jpop, business (the writing kind) and back to Jpop. Then at some point, we threw in Bakuman and Death Note discussions while we were walking around the mall. (Lucky JM for getting the one and only Death Note volume from the Robinsons' Booksale. I'll find a few things worth buying at the SM one or the Gaisano City one next time.) AAA was also thrown in at Bo's along with some Jactors from Amuse like Kamiki Ryunosuke, Sato Takeru and Miura Haruma. It was pretty much a crazy afternoon at the cafe. Yep, underneath the fashionable facade is a fangirl. Not really a rabid one. LOL. Just enough to drive anyone crazy.
Instead of thrifting after the whole hanging out affair, I ended up buying two things from What a Girl Wants. A lot of my stuff are from there after my aunt introduced me to the shop by leaving me her two-pieced swimsuit when she left for LA. I think the salesladies are used to me browsing through the shop given it's one of my favorites in the locality along with Bettina. I've been accumulating points to get me the G Privilege card. That'd be awesome but I'd have to have spent around 8000 Php to get it. LOL. It'll be quite a while then but I keep coming back there anyway.
I keep saying my weeks are busy but I don't end up making them too busy in reality. Right now, it's going to really be crazy. I have to get to Silliman before the 13th of May to take the validating exams therefore this week will be the craziest as I'll be running to and from school and the city hall for birth certificate matters and the much needed recommendation letters. In between will be singing and dancing to a lot of AAA's tracks. LOL Here's to a productive-ish week~
