Resistance..

Well, nothing new and exciting as always! LoL. Only new news is that I was accepted for medical insurance from KP since my insurance runs out on my Bday. And today I started my resistance training to slim and tone my arms, and booooy I can feel it! LoL. There are 3 exercises I do, each with 5 lb weights in each hand. Spose to do 10 of each, 3 reps a day, so I do it AM, Mid, PM. Then I am spose to do that 3 times weekly.

Bandit's gettin pretty big. Have to get her to the vet soon to get her nails clipped, when she gets scared or somethin, she tears my arms up! LoL. Jeesh. *Thinks* Well, thats bout it! LoL.
