it was from a press release from the national farmers union, but the quote is from a document from an anti-CWB organization called "The Market Choice Alliance" that said, "Friends, The barley plebiscite, whether we like it or not, is upon us. This vote must be won! There is an extensive effort underway across the Prairies to identify our allies for choice and those who will continue to support the single desk principle."
