residents
so in a matter of a few short hours i was taken from the extreme where i can honestly say i was ecstatic... all the way down to graveling
we got our new rosters tonight and according to my boos my biggest problem resident was on the list of people who were academically dismissed... this person also is the one who decided to call me racist and made a big issue about that to another staff member...
then we went to check rooms for the new residents that are coming (i have 4 people moving in this week... and then 2 more later... when we (me, Hurd, and Ryan) got done dealing with the moving in issues Hurd had an Email saying that my particular resident has been re enrolled to Ferris and will still be on my floor
with this i started begging Hurd to come up with some excuse to make her have ot move to another building because most of the problems i have with her happen when she is with other residents and if she no longer lives her i can kick her out...
although Hurd seriously considered it he couldnt come up with a good explanation that we could to use to remove her... so now i am extremely depressed about the whole situation
