Title
Well, my lovely Leora is here. I'll give the detailed play by play.
Wednesday night:
I picked Leora up. I had made a heart out of paper the night before with her name on it. I had planned to stand next to the limo driver, but his stupid passenger was on the flight just before Leora's so it looked far less cool. You know, him with his whiteboard sign and me with my red heart sign.
It turned out well, Leora liked it :)
We went home where I revealed my coup de grace. The eggplant slice thing...otherwise known as Eggplant suprise. (named after when I said "Suprise, it's not eggplant" and then promised to cook something that actually contains eggplant)
Now it's name is pending a new one.
anyhow, it's quite good. I expected it to taste awful and I bought 2 eggplants just in case the first sucked. It turned out to be very tasty. I wanted to eat it all, but couldn't. I had to "Save" it for Leora.
I seem to be quite the chef-Savant. I didn't know the following things about Eggplant :
1) That it can last more then a day
2) That it does not have a core that requires cutting out (the pictures show how half have their "cores" cut out)
3) That minced garlic is just garlic but...minced.
Thursday: I went to Work, Leora stayed at home. I only worked a few hours though. We went to the company store, and then out for dinner to Cucina Cucina. A very tasty Italian restaurant. I unfortunately did not get my favorite dish as I had forgotten about it. :( But the dish I had was spectacular too so it made up for it. Then we went grocery shopping and home to watch some Colbert report. The funniest show on TV
And now here I am, At work again. I'll post the last bit later on. :) And attach some pictures I guess.
Leora has used up all the good pictures though. I'll just be a poor imitation.
In other news, my job here is ok. I think I like last term a lot more then I like this current one. Might just be because I was doign a lot of spec writing which was boring as opposed to thecoding that I'm doing now.
I should get back to it now though.
