Run-down of the week's events:
-work + no customers = Boss having us do bizarre tasks while micromanaging
-Gave all my rack mounted music gear to Russ for use in making synth pop songs. I gave up analog delay, spring reverb, my digi 002, and a mixer. I wasn't using them and now I have space for a book shelf (yay!). Soon my books will have a perch instead of a pile.
-Started working on illustrations for Debbie's memento book. It's the timeless story of an armadillo and a young boy who shows her the power of imagination.
-Seiji gave me a painting! It didn't sell in the show that he had it in and rather than shipping it back from SF he gave it to me! I go to SF today to pick it up, I may go to an art opening also.
-I also went to Lozano's car wash for the first time in many many years. That place is kind of special and strange! I miss the live parrots, but they're probably better off not living in a car wash.
-I discovered that you can get fresh Onigiri (rice ball) at Tomi Sushi in Mountain View. Tomi Sushi = favorite sushi.
