Work is great, life is great.

Things are going really well these days, it's exciting.

Today at work Kelli (General Manager of Gingerbread) offered me an option for another position at work that would offer me more hours, so that's really cool. Tomorrow and Friday I'm going to do it and see how I like it, and if I enjoy it I'll probably take it because yea, it's more hours. The new position is at the Downtown location, and I'd be a teacher in the school-age classroom (2nd-5th Grade, 7-10 years), so kinda day-camp-counselerish, I'd be working 8-5 Monday through Friday rather than 12-6, and I'd go on at least one field trip a week and to the pool once a week, but that's no big thing seeing as the pool is on-site. So yea, that's life as far as work goes...if I take the newly offered position I imagine I will miss my 4's from uptown, but it's all good.

Now let's see...what's in my future...oh yes, what's that a possible major change...

With working (so far) this summer I've realized a lot about what I think I want to do with my future and I think that instead of Elementary Education I may do Birth through Kindergarten Education just because it would give me the public school option as well as day care/pre-school, and random other options. I am also considering adding on a Business Administration Minor, but who knows, nothings for sure yet anyways.

That's about it as far as what's going on with me...just enjoying summer. Everyone's working and so that's cool, but I enjoy the fact that we all still manage to get together and hang out every now and again, because yea, friends are the best.

I'm excited about this weekend and next. This weekend Hannah is playing tennis in Cary, so there is a really high chance that her and I are gonna get together and visit, because yea I miss her. Then next weekend Lauren is thinking that she's coming down, so if she comes down (to Wilmington to visit her 'boo') then I imagine I'll drive down and me her and Claire will chill, but yea, all of thats still up in the air too...but the thought of getting to see people from school is cool, because I def. miss my ECU peeps.

Hmm, Ok, enough rambling from me. I should sleep. Peace Out.
