I know I've asked this before, but I can't find the replies..

What can I download (for free) to download mp3s with? It's been a long time! I used to have Kazaa, but I can't stand all the stupid ads.. Any suggestions?

I use Limewire. I like it a lot. I don't share files though, because I'm paranoid of getting caught.

Oooh! Yaaaaaaaaaaay!!! YAY! I'm going to Northwestern! ACK! (sorry, it just hit me again.. hehe)

My aunt (in Wisconsin) bought me some cold weather clothes the other day. September feels so soon.

Hey, I've been meaning to ask you, how is the walk from Willard to TI? Do you think I'd regret it if I had to walk that almost every day in the middle of winter? And what part of Evanston (like, which shops) is it near? Also, are you planning on staying in Willard next year? How much of it is Freshman, and how much is upperclassmen?

Sorry for the barrage of questions. I've been making a mental list of things to ask you!

I'm not going to lie; the walk from Willard to Tech is a bitch, especially for an 8am class and especially when it's five degrees outside. but let me also tell you this.... it's TOTALLY worth it. I love living in Willard, and I love living down south. I'm SO close to evansston, and I love having friends who aren't techies. I feel like if I were to live up north, my life would revolve around Tech, heh. (I'm totally going to live here again next year....) I'd say about half of Willard is Freshman, and a little less than half is sophomores. and there are a couple juniors and seniors, but not many. (maybe a total of about 4. heh.) so yeah, it's mostly freshmen and sophomores.

Well then, Willard will probably remain my top choice.. :) Yay for you living there again next year! I just bought the cutest scarf today, so I'm actually getting pretty excited for the cold. :) Although I'm sure it will be VERY old come February.

So, who reads the residential college application essays?

join the community "teh_music" on lj. you can request whatever song you want and download whatever people have uploaded for other people. woot. it's very addicting and takes up a lot of my friends page. :)

I'm having the same problem (downloadable music search), but I do know that Kazaa is the devil. I'm so technochallenged that I can't figure out how to use it. Also, you get a LOT of viruses from Kazaa. I downloaded the service a while ago and have recently uninstalled it because it's a waste of space on my desktop.
