EVENT!PROGRESS: IC mini!event, Event Status Report
[Time's ticking, and there's still nothing really solved. The monster continues its tantrum, every struggle against its bindings starting to become stronger and the sound of metal holding together is becoming hollower.
A howl and it twists sideways in a disjointed maneuver that seems to contort its entire form. But its enough for one chain to snap, breaking like perforated parchment. It goes to pull again, snorting venomously before pulling at the binds containing its limbs and stretching them, too.
They snap, and suddenly from the way Anima reacts with a predatory roar, she's not as confined as any one person in this city should want her to be. And she moves incredibly fast for something so large-shifting down onto her limbs to crawl and drag herself forward (and you should pray she doesn't find you).
-She won't be finding anything or anyone this time around, a sudden set of new chains lashing out from the depths of black abyss anima sinks itself in, re-strapping the limbs forward and pulling her back and down into the vertical strained position. The raw sound of primal rage that emits from this creature makes it clear that was not part of her intended plan.]
OOC REFERENCE
TL;DR of what Just Happened: Anima broke her chains and tried to do something nasty like maybe eat everyone or do an attack/etc, but for whatever reason and somehow the chains she broke rebound her back in place. So it's one of those "fakeout" moments that make you pee your pants, basically. :)

Does this help at all? :( Submit all the others I've missed, but I'm just curious if every update this is better and keeps you guys more motivated/focused or not... and have a better idea of what to do.

- All four of these contain plot relevance, the biggest seeming to be about someone missing. Everyone is currently blaming Lawfer for this mess, so perhaps helping with his lost-person problem may help with the overall problem at hand?
