Sorry if I startled you, but it's just so much faster riding around than running from place to place. [ a light laugh, as he lowered his hand. ] I guess it's expected that people would be shocked, though.
[ a pause, before he held out his hand, features arranged in a friendly smile. ] Ah, it's Kasukabe. Nice to meet you.

[A formal greeting was proposed and Wesker shrugged off the inconvenience. Extended his own hand, he offered a quaint smile.] - Wesker. I would say the pleasure is all mine since you have been so kind as to offer up your laboratory for this little excursion. I hope we find anything of use.
[He gestured to his communicator.] There are some hot spots up ahead. Have you had any encounter with them before?

[ loosely crossing his arms, he glanced at the communicator for a moment -- then down the street, where he knew a hotspot lay far up ahead. ] Not personally, no. The last time I was here a young man was almost knocked out by their effects, though. I was asked to examine him to make sure he was okay -- it turned out to be nothing too serious. Then again, he hadn't been exposed for too long. Just enough to exhaust him temporarily.

I had someone on the network interested in joining us - he stated he would be willing to see the effects on his own body for this experiment. [A tilt of the shades.] If you are not opposed, I have already sent him an invite. That is, if he can hurry here in time.
