I can't believe I'm making journal entries this frequently . . .

This one's actually gonna be sort of an update on the past few I wrote. First of all, people finally called me on my obsessive use of blue and violet during a critique for web design. I'm so happy someone's finally noticed to break me out of it. I still love the colors, but if I want to be successful in getting a job as a graphic artist, I really should display a variety of color schemes. In related news, the guy that sits next to me in that class has stopped his mumbling about my friend. I think he finally realized she and I were good friends when she was constructively criticizing my site during the critique.

The urge for some sort of rebellion keeps getting stronger now that my twentieth birthday is coming up, and it's especially strong right now since it'll be this Friday. Consequently, I've begun designing a snowflake that I'll have tattooed on me in the unlikely event that I do get one. I think I'm really going to enjoy being twenty . . . you can't be called a teenager, and you can't really be called an adult. There isn't really a label for that age, and I love being label-free. There's also this strange sense of agelessness I'm feeling . . . can't quite explain it, but I love it.
