*sighs* alright then....

I was talking about how buy this week was going to be... oh yeah...this one time on a really stressful busy day like a month ago I had to do so much stuff to do i didn't have time for anything.  I remeber I was rushing around trying to get from one school to the next.  I drove home quickly and I had homeworks due and running late from things i had to do at royal at lunch so when I get home my mom asks me what I want for lunch and I told her that I didn't have time to eat then as i was runing out the door my dog looked up at me wanting me to pet her and I just shoved her out of the way because I didn't have tim eot pet her.  Then I thought >I have to pee but i don't have time because I'm going to be late... and my mom runs out with an energy drink so that i have something in my stomach but I don't have time for that either and I suddenly break into tears in teh middle of the street because this is my life- school homework busy busy busy? I was thinking "this is how its going to be for the rest of my life!" I didn't have time to even do normal bodily stuff- eat, pee, not to metion sleep! I couldn't even talk to my mom or pet my dog.  I was thinking about what kind of society do we live in where there are people just like this everyday living, not doing anything fun because they need the time to work to make more money so maybe they can pet their dogs when they retire.

Life isn't supposed to be this way- we are supposed to be happy not constantly working.  There is such an emphasis on being efficient and quick to make more money faster. GOD! I hate that and then I try to take time to meditate and my american brain thinks i'm wasteing time and I should be doing something productive. There is no such thing as wasting time.  < I want everyone to contemplate this and see it's truth. Now I am making my prom dress on the same week as AP finals, math test, history paper due and guys and dolls show< well i guess that's good because i won't miss anyone hanging out...

I am now realizing how important days off are.  I think you physically need at least one day off as a break from working.  the work parts of our life should be fun though. ah well.
