Since I began taking medication, my sleep patterns have become those of a "normal" human being. Every day I fall asleep around 11-12, and wake up at 8-9.
Now this wouldn't be very interesting at all, if not for one little detail.
I have begun to dream.
All my life, I have had a dreamless sleep. Sure, occasionally I'd have a dream, but these were extremely rare occurrences. (I know this is supposedly typical of serial killers, but trust me, I reached a point in my life where I was that crazy.)
Now however, I'm popping out dreams at an unbelievable rate. I dream vividly, in color. I can't tell you if there is sound, I'm not quite sure. I've gone from no dreams at all - to multiple dreams in one night.
Last night I dreamt about a fantastic book. It was supposedly the most amazing book known to man. Scores of intellectuals recommended it to me. Reading this book was guaranteed to blow my mind. I spent ages gazing at it's cover, which I can still recall in detail.
It's title was Lords Of The Lost Katy Fly.
I woke up this morning, and looked it up. No such book exists.
