I just emailed a vendor on Etsy about some custom orders. Their stuff is like this - screen print, very pop art.
What I'm looking to do is get 4 canvases (all of their stuff is $16-20, so I'm looking at under $100 total) in canary yellow and a kind of soft, grassy green with the subjects being

I decided that in my apartment (oh yeah, um. Getting a solo place. No big deal) is going to be "saucy European" - in my dining area, I'm keeping my glass and aluminum table, and getting the yellow Herman chairs from IKEA, plus making a yellow runner. I've got a silver Norwegian platter my mom got from a guy who was inspecting her nuclear plant as a hostess gift, so I'm going to use that. In my living room, I'm keeping my black leather couch, but also getting the Klippan loveseat and making throw pillows in vibrant colors (yellow, green, and robin's egg blue). I'm going to print and frame pictures from various travels, pictures of friends and family, and make kind of an amorphous blob version of my family tree, or what makes me me. In my bedroom, I've got a white comforter/coverlet, chocolate brown sheets, and I'm going to add robin's egg blue pillows and accents. The only wall art I know of at the moment is the Andrew Bird ad from Cain's. It's still in great condition, and I'm going to get it framed. Possibly something else, who knows.
