Raivis is now sen being a bit shorter than normal, with his fluffy hair just reaching his chin, and if one were to feel beneath loose clothing, slender, tiny curves. In the same way Prussia was turned into a woman, Latvia has been as well. He's sort of traumatized and huddled up in a blanket on Germany's couch and hoping no one finds out at the moment.
