Trevorism
Is is thundery and rainy and the sun is shining brightly while it pours. Steams is rising up from the street. It's very neat.
When it thundered, the kids were getting into the car while Ray and I talked one last minute in the house before he left. Trevor came running into the house after the thunder stopped and he exclaimed "Mommy! There was this huge belch of thunder and it scared me!"
I thought it was a fantastic description! Trevor also wrote a short story and I posted it to the homeschool blog. It's pretty good. You should go read it.
