First new post in FOREVER!
Hey everyone! I just realized that I haven't posted anything since August 8th of 2005. THAT IS SO SAD! I'm so horrible at keeping journals! Well... just a little update on my life. I'm still living in Topeka (I finally have MY OWN place!). Matt and I split up on December 30th. It was real crappy how he did it too... I came home from work (about 1am) the night before New Year's Eve and not only were all the lights on in the apartment, but the place was TRASHED. The first thing I thought was, "Oh SHIT! I just got JACKED!" But then I started looking around and noticed that all the stuff that was missing, was Matt's. Then I thought "ASSHOLE!" Followed by "Whoo Hoo! I'm SINGLE AGAIN!" LOL... I haven't seen or talked to him since. I think it's for the better. He still has my DVDs and Digital Camera that I need to go get, but I REALLY don't want to have anything to do with him anymore. I just need to stop putting it off & go get the rest of my stuff. Ummm let's see... what else. I'm dating my old supervisor from Taco Bell. His name is Tommie... and he treats me better than anyone I have ever dated. He's awesome! I'm working in Lawrence at Pearson Government Solutions... again. I'm doing data entry, making PHAT money, and I love it. But I'm trying to find something else that's a little closer to home, because it's costing a lot to drive back and forth. Hmmm... what else... I can't think of anything new and exciting that's happened. I'm MUCH happier now, and I'm getting my shit together! It feels so good to be on my own and completely self-sufficient. Well I gotta get back to work. Hopefully I'll remember to post sooner than 6 months down the road!
